Dating is hard, and one of the things that makes it harder is that you invariably get assailed with a thousand rules and ideas, thanks to everyone and their dog, about what sort of person is right for you. 

People will tell you constantly that you should only date a man who is taller than you, or one who earns more money, or one who has traveled to at least X number of cities or knows about Y varieties of wine. You should know what you want in bed but be less experienced and you should wait for him to call but not be a doormat, and so on - and of course, there aren't a lot of good guys so you should put up with all kinds of absurdity from one if you find him. The list is endless and nearly everything on it is nonsense.

The great news is that the world is full of good men who are hard to spot - but if you tune out the noise, you can find them. They're out there, marching for progress and writing comic books and hiking in the woods and caring for those less fortunate. Even better, plenty of them are single, because they're under-appreciated in the dating market even though each one of them is a gem just waiting for a chance to make the right person very happy. 

It's time to help you identify the kind of guy who's actually right for you, not based on some arbitrary set of rules, but on who you are and what you truly value. Once you know what sort of man he is, finding him will be that much easier!
